Choosing to Accept and Embrace Change

2 April 2020

One thing you can count on right now is that everything will keep changing.
And rapid, unpredictable change is something many human beings fear most.

It has been said that the only human that welcomes change is a baby with a wet nappy!

So it’s no surprise that emotions are running hot and heavy all over the world.

And this is where you can find some peace and comfort … if you are willing.

Willing to accept and embrace the reality of rapid change we are all now living and willing to accept and allow the feelings you feel as they arise, all the while remembering that Who You Are is response-able – able feel and able to respond from love rather than stay in the washing machine of fear and anxiety and worry and stress.

When you let yourself feel and allow the feelings to move through you and release … you will open up a space where peace resides. It’s inside you and can be accessed when you unwrap the fearful thinking and future projecting and relentless fearful ego-mind chatter that demands to know what’s going to happen next.
Here’s what’s so:

No-one knows for certain what will happen tomorrow.

And everyone has their own internal compass, their KNOWING about what is so for them right now.

Right now, this present moment is where you and I have the ability to choose how to respond to whatever is so right now. When you BE here now in the context of love and get present to what you know is so for you, beyond the fear and the noise in your head, you will KNOW how to respond.

I am grateful that I have this awareness and that I can share it with you. I am also grateful that I get to practice with rigour and discipline all that I have been teaching and distinguishing in the new paradigm … this is where the rubber hits the road.

If ever there was a time to stop and be still and get real with WHO YOU ARE and what’s possible when you accept, allow and appreciate the whole of you and the whole of your own reality … this is it.

This beautiful poem says it all … enjoy.

Love Lorna
And the people stayed home
And read books, and listened, and
rested, and exercised, and made art,
and played games, and learned new
ways of being, and were still. And
listened more deeply. Some
meditated, some prayed, some
danced. Some met their shadows.
And the people began
to think differently.

And the people healed.
And, in the absence of people living
in ignorant, dangerous, mindless
and heartless ways,
the earth began to heal.

And when the danger passed,
and the people joined together again,
and they grieved their losses, and made
new choices, and dreamed new
images, and created new ways to live
and heal the earth fully,
as they had been healed.
